Types of computer viruses

COMPUTER VIRUSES :-

A computer virus is software program designed by some notorious persons which used for destructive purposes. Computer viruses can produce a variety of symptoms on your computer. Some viruses multiply without causing obvious changes.More malicious strains can issue random sounds or greet you with unexpected screen messages. In extreme cases, viruses can damage files and hard disk. Computer viruses are hiding program. A virus enters into the machine through an infected floppy or internet program.
    Types of viruses :-
Viruses are generally classified into two categories .
  1. BOOT SECTOR VIRUS
  2. FILE VIRUS
The boot sector viruses reside in the boot sector of the disk and spread by copying onto boot sector of all the floppies used on the machine.
A file virus infects only executable files those with extension.EXE,.COM and. SYS.

ANTI VIRUS :-

Anti-virus includes protects your computer from viruses by scanning your computer's memory and Disk drives. Viruses can be detected and removed by using anti-virus programa.

Types of computer language

               Computer language

There are three types of language :-
  1.   Machine language
  2. Assembly language
  3. High level language.
Machine language :-
There are two symbols in machine language I. E.'0' and '1'.Each and every operation was to be expressed in machine level language. So the programming in machine language was very tough in earlier times. Only scientists knew computer. Computer was not popular at that time.
ASSEMBLY LANGUAGE :-
An assembly language is a low-level language for programming computers.it implements a symbolic represention of the numeric machine codes and other constants needed to program a particular CPU architecture.
HIGH- LEVEL LANGUAGE :-
A high-level language is a programming language that, in comparison to low-level programming languages, may be more abstract, easier to use, or more portable across platforms. Such languages often abstract away CPU operations such as memory access models and management of scope. In order to convert a high level language to machine level language, two kinds translation are used:
(i) compilar.       (ii) interpreter
Some popular High level language are :-
BASIC, C, C++, C#,JAVA etc.

Operating system

OPERATING SYSTEM:-

Computer hardware, by itself, is not capable of communicating to you directly. It needs some communicating channels to talk to you, which is provided by the operating system. These programs translate your instructions or questions into the computer language or machine language. The operating system is defined as a program that instructs your PC how to work with its various components.

An operating system is a kind of master control program of the computer. Just as traffic police man controls the vehicular traffic around area, similarly the operating system manages the computer. It helps you manage files and checks various peripheral devices such as printers, monitors etc.
COMPILERS:-

The compilers are assemblers or the programming language translators. These are translating user program into the executable instructions of the computer.
  1. Programmer language
  2. Packages

Types of software

OUTPUT CONCEPTS:-
Output is the process translating data in machine - readable from into a from understandable to humans. Or storing data information in a secondary storage device readable by the machine. The information that is the result of processing is also referred to as output . Following are some common output devices used in computer :-

  1. Monitor
  2. Printer
  3. Plotter.
SOFTWARE :-

It a program which provides instruction to the computer for execution.the software can translate instruction of the user into machine language commonds or vice versa to obtain the communication between the user and CPU. The software control and directs The hardware operation of the computer.
There are two types of software :
1.Application software
2.System software

APPLICATION SOFTWARE:-

It is software developed by the programmer to solve user's specific purposes by the user. They can carryout the works of specific are of application. For example - payroll, inventory control, Accounting etc.
SYSTEM SOFTWARE:-

There are supplied by manufacturer or developer along with the system to perform a complex task and to aperate system. Satisfaction.

TYPES OF MEMORY

TYPES OF MEMORY :-
1. SEMICONDUCTOR MEMORY OR MAIN MEMORY :
The memory device comes in the form of chips made of silicon, which are semiconductor device.it is known as MOS (metal oxide semiconductor). It is microprocessor unit used as memory.
There are different types of memories used in computer.
 RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY (RAM) :-
Ram is part of primary storage where data and program instructions are held temporarily while being manipulated or executed . This types of memory allows the user to enter data into memory (write) and then to retrieve it (read).
Ram is volatile, it depends on a steady supply of electricity to maintain data storage.when the power to computer is shut off, everything that was stored in ram is lost.
READ ONLY MEMORY :-

As the name implies, read only memory (ROM) can only be read; data cannot be written into it. Rom may contain information on how to start the computer and even instructions to the entire operating system. Computer manufacturer usually sets the actual contents of ROM;they are permanent. Because the contents cannot be alter in way, and they are not lost when the electric current is turned off,  Rom in non-volatile.

The Samsung Galaxy S10+ sports a new design and a brilliant display. There's flagship performance on offer and also improved cameras that now includes a wide-angle lens. Certainly it is one of the best android phone you can buy in India in 2019. The Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus is quite a banger of a phone and a great sign of things to come, from Samsung and hopefully other manufacturers in the months to come. It has one of the best displays we’ve tested and with the HDR10+ certification, you’re looking at a device that’s great for content consumption. The phone packs enough power under the hood to be able to handle anything you throw at it. As an imaging device, the phone continues to be as impressive as last year’s offerings, but some of the new features introduced this year need to be improved, especially the Super Night shot feature, which needs to be its own mode and not a scene optimizer setting. If you’re considering buying the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus, it would definitely not be a bad decision.
